Однако не важно, что конкретно Вы готовите, а важна сама технология быстрого приготовления. О ней я подробно рассказываю на мастер-классе «Как маме всего за 30 минут приготовить ужин для всей семьи» и еще более подробно на тренинге «Хозяйке на заметку: как научиться Быстро готовить вкусные и полезные блюда».

 

Сейчас же хочу выделить, пожалуй, самое главное правило быстрой готовки.

 

Секрет в том, что, готовя один раз, нужно использовать минимум продуктов, но максимум заправок и как можно больше разных способов обработки продукта и приготовления.

 

У меня чаще всего получается так: салат готовлю с помощью кухонного комбайна или режу в ручную (китайскую капусту). Гарнир (для детей на вечер и мужу «с собой на завтра») готовит мультиварка. Мясное блюдо готовит другая бытовая техника. Получается, готовлю 1 раз в день, выбирая 1 основной продукт, который я обрабатываю руками (чаще всего это салат). Все остальное делает за меня бытовая техника. Все очень просто!
