Для желающих уменьшить живот и нагрузить его мышцы, предлагаю потанцевать животом по-восточному, поизвиваться как змея. Включите музыку, встаньте перед зеркалом и начните перекатывать живот. Если это упражнение Вы будете делать вместе с ребенком, хохот на всю квартиру обеспечен :), потому что, конечно, не у всех это упражнение с первого раза получается. Для большего эффекта лучше оголить животик и видеть т.н. «волну».
Ну а для тех, кто не хочет стоять перед зеркалом и выглядеть потешно, предлагаю просто прямо сейчас покачать пресс — всего 10 раз. Выбор за Вами :).
