Для желающих быстро похудеть дарю легкое упражнение.
Упражнение дочь моя Аленушка называет паучок. Садимся на пол, руки ставим позади себя, а ноги сгибаем в коленях, приподнимаемся над полом и шагаем так руками и ногами — то вперед, то назад, а то и по кругу и по диагонали. Можно так ползти наперегонки с детьми или друг за другом. Упражнение очень эффективное и, как всегда, его можно делать не долго и нудно, а легко и быстро. А результат не заставит себя ждать.
Только не нагружайте спину сильно, если кормите грудью и у Вас есть боли.
